My Name is Aunika and frankly speaking until not so long ago I was totally freaked about getting a bra that does not fit well and look and feel funny on me. One would think that all these women magazines, online blogs and websites targeted at women bras would be of help but guess what. After spending $35-$100 each time trying different brands, styles and fits of bras, I was back to the square one trying to find a decent bra. Shy and afraid, I Didn’t want to ask the ladies in intimate and lingerie apparel area of the Department or my close friends as I thought maybe I am the only one going through this mess. Lack of decent help at majority of the Department stores especially not the way high end ones, just kept me holed up on the issue.
Everything changed one day when a couple of ffriends of mine started talking about their problems with the bras in one of our social gathering. That was the first time I got to realize that it wasn’t just me. After that day more I talked to friends , more I learnet the extent of the problem and that almost everyone has to struggle one time or another trying to get into that all elusive bra that will satisfy their fitting, style, comfort and even medical needs. Over the years , with the feedback from my friends, fitting information from online resources and a few trips to high end department stores to get fitted, I was in my Bra Haven. Then guess who comes along who really got me moving on the subject. Talk Show Diva Oprah, .. ofcourse. Inspired by Oprah’s Bra Revolution, I decided to write about my experiences to find the right bra and provide an avenue for almost 85% other women out there who struggle day in and out with the styles, brands and different sizes of bras. Small Cups or Big Cups, the purpose of this online resources that I have created is to discuss the information and resources to make others feel comfortable in a bra that fits and make her look and feel sexy.
